VIBRATIONS OF UNIVERSAL LOVE Song Sound Silence Harmonic Living in the 21st Century

All sound is born from silence.  Before word emerges, there is Noble Silence.  When song is sung it breaks through that silence.  The birds sing, the whales sing, human beings sing...song is a natural expression of connection and communication.  It is the way we tweet, share, proclaim, announce, reach out...."I am here, are you there?  Is anybody listening? Here is my morning symphony..."

There is a wonderful teaching by Buddha that if one cannot enhance the silence, then it is better to preserve the peace.  So, before we speak it bodes well to ask, "Does what I want to say, how I chose to express it, and the tone of voice I use enhance the silence?"
Then, check and readjust to harmonize your frequency to a loving vibration or if this is not possible, swallow the bitter pill allowing it to dissolve into Noble Silence.

When we take a mindful minute to hear ourself before we speak, before we sound, before we sing, we will use intention to raise our vibration to a harmonic tone that all will rejoice to hear.  Especially when we have to deliver difficult messages, but also when we rejoice in life and love.

Tomorrow I head far west to Hawaii en route to Hong Kong for a conference with the same title as this post.  Here is the link for anyone wanting to learn more about Universal Love, Highest Frequencies and Harmonic Living in the 21st Century.  http://www.ivhmseries.com/   This is a photo of students in kindergarten meditating to the singing bowl.  If a 4 year old can do this, so can you!        Go UNIVERSAL LOVE, Lisa
