Joy & Gratitude Meditation

~Start Your Day the Happy Way~
Wake up, sit down, take 2 minutes to breathe and come alive!

On the inhalation
smile as the air passes
cooly through the nostrils
invoke the thought Joy
as you smile and exercise
those facial muscles upward!
Feel your heart open to sacred presence of the moment.
Don't hold the breath, let the body dictate,
now exhale gently, smoothly, and
invoke the thought Gratitude
as you continue to hold that smile
 to create a muscle
memory in your facial expression 
as well as in your heart center.
Practice as often as possible.
This will change your life!

There is so much to celebrate and not take for granted even for a day.
Find everything that is good with the world, that is sacred, holy, revered, appreciated, amazing, awesome, and blows your beautiful mind into realizing that you are a child of the Universe and that Love is ALL around.
Claim it as your own and pass it along freely.
