Go Love in China

This January I traveled with an 87 year old sound therapist healer from Maine to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and up the Pearl River Delta to Nansha, China. We met amazing healers and beautiful students all along the way. Here are some new friends I made in mainland China. I encountered my "Basketball Buddies" as I strolled out on a break and ended up teaching them how to dribble the ball between their legs as they moved. Well, they were still getting the hang of it while standing still, but I am certain one little guy is on his way to mastering this dribble!

I also met Moon and Ting, two wonderful college students who were doing an internship at "Health City" where the seminar was going on. Very sweet and kind young women!

Today's practice: Breathe deeply in through the nose down into the diaphragm, filling your being with wonderful fresh energy, exhale through the nose and visualize all the grateful greens on the planet taking in your breath to reprocess it as oxygen. Let your heart expand in gratitude for this deep and often missed inter-being we share with all existence on so many levels. Let us trace this miracle back into wonder, with simple gratitude and joy. In moments of peace the victory of love reveals itself.

Go love, Lisa
