Finding voice is at times harder than finding words. Creating change takes a lot of initiative, effort, vision, and determination. Not necessarily in that order.
This time we are sharing in this moment of our collective journey is asking us to discover ourselves anew. Slow down, feel deeply, ask important questions. Who am I (today, just now) and what is my life's mission?
Allow yourself to sit quietly with these questions, they need to compost, some elements are decaying while new life begins to germinate anew. Don't be fooled into thinking the blooms and flowerings happen all at once. All of life is process. A metamorphosis. Mother Nature takes her time; she isn't about instant gratification. These days, she's just as likely to be found serving up instant devastation. We are the cause and the effect. Instant karma, as John Lennon said, just that it takes longer than an instant to perceive and understand. All we have is now.
TODAY'S PRACTICE
Settle into stillness, breathe into your center, we can sense the heartbeat. A loving rhythm of creation. Sample a mix of juicy bliss and drink it up. Love's elixir.
Go Love, Lisa
