In appreciation of all things, seen and unseen

Often, we in New England, talk about the weather.  It seems to be a benign topic the allows for shared appreciation or commiseration, depending on if the sun is shining and thermometer reaching a certain degree marker.  But weather is really an overblown focal point of conversation.  In my life, it is a backdrop to meaningful experiences in life.

Every day unfolds numerous miraculous happenings, seen and unseen.  And since all of our days are numbered, it is up to each of us to make every day truly count.  Not so much on the outside, but on the inside of our world is where we discover what deeply matters.  While all things seen may certainly be appreciated, it is the tender things unseen that we intimately cherish and celebrate.  Those essential to our inner light.  And in remembering that we are not here forever, we value the precious moments we have lived and those which are yet alloted to us to express and embody love, life and shared happiness.

Go Love,
Lisa
