Sunny day, every thing's A O K

Hi Lovely People,

More beautiful light and just think what'll happen when we couple it with warmth!  This is an interesting time of year, slow melts and receding snow points to promises of new awakenings.  Are we ready?  No doubt transitions, even those full of promise, bring excitement and some trepidation.  

Change will occur whether we're ready or not, so trying to embrace it makes more sense than trying to brace for it.  That must be my tai chi speaking: go with the flow, stay relaxed but alert, feel the bubbling well springs of energy coil up through your feet from deep within the ground. Let earth sustain you effortlessly.  It is her nature to do so.  

There is a sense of surrender and an element of effort all at once.  Like a seed yielding to its innate energy to crack its own shell open to continue letting its life force move through, we too must welcome the transformations of our surfaces.  The seed will send out tendrils, not knowing where they came from but sensing that if it doesn't its life will soon be over.  So, surrendering to the new growth, the seed sends the tendrils to search for the light.  Surrender and effort.  We, too, must allow ourselves to trust new aspects of awakening and growth to further advance and sustain our becoming.  Perhaps not by growing tendrils, but by following energetic leads that send us toward the light, toward our highest loving development.  

After all, once we break the surface and surrender the darkness, there is nothing like the feeling of a sun kiss.  Even a seed senses that!
